Yoga For Women
It is through the use of Hatha yoga which is used to encourage yogini’s to develop a regular practice. The class will involve the use of asana’s (postures) to encourage a free flow of energy, and pranayama (breathing techniques) to settle the mind and relaxation to encourage a deeper connection with life.
With a regular yoga practice….

- It has the power to prevent and eliminate various chronic health conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes, alzheimers etc
- It improves gastrointestinal functions and balances metabolism.
- It eliminates back pain and encourages improved posture.
